Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Fake Generator, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Responsible Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its generators.

What the service provides

Fake Generator provides browser-based tools for creating editable interface mockups and downloadable visual assets. The service is intended for legitimate creative, educational, testing, design, prototyping, and storytelling purposes.

The current tools are provided without an account and without a fee. Features, planned tools, availability, and export behavior may change over time.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for text, names, images, and other material you enter or upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material.

You are responsible for reviewing the final mockup, providing any disclosure required by your context, and ensuring that its use does not violate a law, contract, privacy right, intellectual property right, platform rule, or another person's rights.

Prohibited use

You may not use Fake Generator to:

• impersonate a real person or organization in a deceptive manner;
• fabricate evidence, transactions, threats, admissions, or official communications;
• commit fraud, extortion, harassment, defamation, or identity theft;
• create deceptive financial, legal, medical, employment, or government records;
• distribute malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's rights;
• misrepresent a generated mockup as an authentic screenshot when that claim could harm or mislead someone;
• interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or automate abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

The Fake Generator name, site design, original interface, code, brand assets, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the website or its underlying materials.

You may use images you generate in personal or commercial creative work, provided that your inputs and use comply with these terms and applicable law. Third-party names, logos, platforms, and interface conventions remain the property of their respective owners.

Independent product

Fake Generator is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, X, or other platforms referenced for descriptive purposes.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, exact visual compatibility with every device, or suitability for a specific legal, commercial, or technical purpose.

Generated mockups are not proof that an event, message, transaction, or relationship occurred.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fake Generator and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, inability to use, or misuse of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, remove, or limit features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. We may also restrict access associated with abusive or unlawful use.

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
